You are allowed to commission me as many times you want within the frame of them being open. These do not operate as slot based when they are open, they are open, when closed they are closed. thank you for the support!

I take 100% of the payment at the beginning of the commission. You are allowed a full refund between the time i have yet to begin the commission up until I've sent the sketch. Once the sketch is finished, I cannot offer you a refund. Please be mindful of this.

Throughout the process I will send you a WIP for the SKETCH, LINES, AND FLAT COLORS. During the sketch phase you are allowed any changes for FREE, after this point asking me to fix something will be an extra $3 charge per fix, I will only change the sketch for free.

I can take on NSFW subjects but obviously, you MUST be 18+ to get anything with nudity, sexual/fetish, or drug related; If you cannot confirm being 18+, I won't do NSFW subjects with you. AGE VERIFICATION REQUIRED.

Anything that isnt on the WONT DRAW but I do have some areas where I am not as skilled

- human(oids) anthros, ponies, aliens, object heads, angels, demons, anything that stands on two legs basically. REAL PEOPLE INCLUDED (will not be drawn realistic but rather cartoon styled)

- Shipping, oc x oc, oc x canon, canon x canon, etc.

- horror, gore, blood, violence and angst

- robots, however, I am still learning results may vary.

- any body type, fat, muscular, chubby, petite, small, etc.

- NSFW (WILL DRAW ONLY IF CLIENT AND SUBJECT ARE 18+ )

(As long as its not on the WONT list, I will draw any type of sexual or drug related artwork, but please note that I will decline unless you have a reference image of the pose you want. I do not judge unless it is something that actively goes against my TOS, don't be afraid to hit me up and discuss!)

- lolishota/underage fetish, cub, ABDL, anything involving characters who are strictly and canonically speaking- children.

- right wing politics, conservative ideology, facism, racism, anything to target hatred toward a specific group of people.

- feral, sorry I'm not confident enough yet to tackle any characters that stand on four legs. Maybe soon~!

- custom designs that are meant to look like one of my ocs or someone elses ocs, or anything without pre-existing visual(s) I can't work off of nothing.

- I have the right to deny work for any reason without disclosing why.

LISCENSING

By commissioning me, you agree that the final product is used for non-profit & personal purposes, you may not reproduce or sell my artwork without prior licensing agreement. If you would like to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, ie. album artwork, stickers, pins, etc. you must pay an additional commercial fee of $100. Once you've paid the commercial fee you are free to use the artwork in any commercial way you desire. Same rules apply for any adopts.

REPOSTING & EDITING

You are free to repost and edit the drawing as long as proper credit is given, a link back to my socials or "spiralchrysalis" works. You may make minor edits to my pictures/custom designs/adopts as long as it is still recognizable, and the original credit remains.
